Maricopa County to Hold Bulk Green Waste Collection in April

Maricopa County's Environmental Services Department will hold its quarterly Bulk Green Waste Collection this April. The program invites residents to drop off green waste at select transfer stations this month.

Stations, hours and dates

  • Cave Creek & Hassayampa Transfer Stations — hours 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; April 15–18 and April 22–25, 2026.
  • Rainbow Valley Transfer Station — hours 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; April 17–18 and April 24–25, 2026 (Fridays–Saturdays).

What’s accepted and other rules

  • Bagged or bundled green waste under 3 feet is accepted.
  • Green waste mixed with trash, dirt, rocks or metal will not be accepted.
  • Residential household green waste only; commercial green waste will not be accepted.
  • Credit card or debit card payment only.
