Maricopa County points residents to monsoon prep resources
Maricopa County shared a message urging residents to prepare for monsoon season and pointed people to resources on Maricopa.gov/Monsoon.
The post said the Flood Control District offers monsoon season resources including a daily weather outlook, rainfall maps, and sandbag tips. It also noted information on dust storms, extreme heat, flooding, and other hazards.
Maricopa County also highlighted emergency prep tips from Maricopa County Emergency Management. The post directed residents to use the county’s monsoon-season information for weather and safety planning.
