The Queen Creek Police Department is undergoing an assessment for the Arizona Law Enforcement Accreditation Program (ALEAP), aimed at ensuring the department meets high standards in law enforcement practices. The public is invited to provide feedback regarding the department's compliance with these standards.

Community members and employees can submit their comments via two methods: telephone and email.

For telephone comments, a live feedback session is scheduled for October 15, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Individuals can call either (623) 999-9282 or (623) 999-9289. Comments during this session are limited to five minutes and should concentrate on the department's compliance with ALEAP standards.

Comments can also be emailed to ALEAP@queencreekaz.gov until October 15, 2024, with a focus on the same topic.

The feedback collected will be taken into consideration as part of the accreditation process. For more information regarding ALEAP and its standards, individuals can visit https://www.azleap.org/about.
